Description
Energy boost green smoothie
Ingredients
o 1 cup blueberries (or any berries)
o 1/2 cup banana (pre-freeze for added thickness)
o 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
o 4 ice cubes
o ½ - ¾ cup almond milk or any milk
o 1 teaspoon Viktual+ Pre-Workout (contains Spirulina, Mānuka, Beetroot, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass + more)
o 1 heaped teaspoon Kākāriki Super Greens (contains Spirulina, Mānuka, Beetroot, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass + more)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until well combined.
