Yummy and easy 5 ingredient green smoothie bowl
Ingredients
Ideally use pre-frozen banana and pineapple for super thick smoothie
o 1 frozen banana (peel, slice, and freeze beforehand for super thick smoothie)
o 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or canned – freeze beforehand for super thick smoothie)
o 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
o 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk or any milk
o 1 heaped teaspoon Kākāriki Super Greens (contains Spirulina, Mānuka, Beetroot, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass + more)
o Top with: kiwifruit, seeds, nuts or whatever you like
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 1 ½ minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add kiwifruit, seeds, nuts or whatever you like
