Description
Easy, no bake protein balls to enjoy with whānau
Ingredients
o 1 ½ cup rolled oats
o 1 cup peanut butter
o ½ cup mānuka honey or sugar free maple syrup
o 2 tablespoons Chocolate or Vanilla Viktual+ Protein Powder
o 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir – will be thick at first but keep mixing, using hands to knead if necessary
- Once mixed, use a tablespoon to scoop and form into balls
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
