Prepare for the day with our Viktual+ Protein Porridge
Dry Ingredients
o 2 cups rolled oats
o 1/3 cup flaxseeds (high content of heart-healthy omega-3 fats, fibre and other unique plant compounds)
o 3/4 cup almonds (whole or sliced)
o 1 teaspoon mānuka honey
o 2 tablespoons Vanilla Viktual+ Protein Powder
Wet Ingredients
o 2/3 cup almond milk or any milk
o 1/3 cup mashed or frozen berries (or any fruit)
o Top with: seeds, nuts or whatever you like
Instructions
1 Add all dry ingredients to blender and blend to your preference
2 Store in airtight container
3 Combine with 3/4 cup of dry ingredients with 2/3 cup of milk in a small pot
4 Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat and stir often
5 Take off heat and stir in fruit and seeds if desired
