Viktual+ began after we both found ourselves facing a shift. Tana had just lost a close friend - one of the former teammates he'd played alongside.
Being there, watching those same men carry him to rest, brought everything into focus.
At the same time, I was navigating perimenopause and starting to question what I was putting into - and onto - my body.
We changed how we lived. Moved to a plant-based lifestyle. Started using more greens, protein powders, and natural ingredients daily - because we want to be here longer, for our kids.
But nothing we found felt like us. So we made our own.
