Viktual+ Chia Seed Protein Pudding – for breakfast or dessert

Ingredients

o   1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

o   2 tablespoons chia seeds (rich in fibre, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and micronutrients. May help reduce inflammation, blood cholesterol and triglycerides)

o   2 tablespoons Vanilla Viktual+ Protein Powder

o   1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup or 1 tablespoon mānuka honey

o   Top with: fruit, nuts, chocolate bits or whatever you like

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a resealable container.
  2. Shake until well mixed
  3. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
4.     Top with fruit, nuts, chocolate bits or whatever you like
