Protein Pancakes +++
Other than being so easy to make - we love pancakes because you can have them any time of the day, without judgement!
We've used Almond Meal and our Viktual+ Protein Powder Vanilla but you can easily substitute this with your choice of flour or remix it with our Protein Powder Chocolate as well.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3 scoops/1 dose Viktual+ Protein Powder Vanilla
1/3 cup Almond Meal or Flour
x 2 Bananas
x 2 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
STEPS:
1. Blend Banana
2. Add remaining ingredients to Banana and blend
3. Pre-heat pan and spray with oil or use some butter
4. Cook until small bubbles start forming and then flip
5. Serve with your choice of fruits, yoghurt or cream.
